Hi, I am Anna, and I have had many animals since I was a child. I come from a small village in Czech Republic, therefore, I am used to being around animals, not only cats and dogs but farm animals like chickens and so on. I have had cats since I was a child, one of them I had for 13 years, I had guineapigs, rats, mice, I even had a snail! I used to take care of my friend’s cat when she was away for some weeks and our neighbour’s dogs and cats, also when they had kittens. I have always loved animals (actually to the extent that I became vegan hahah), they are a source of my serotonin and always made my life better.
I believe my big plus is my patience with animals and understanding when they are a bit scared especially of new people in the beginning. For example, my cat used to go without eating sometimes for some days and I would sit with her next to the bowl until she just started eating. I believe it made her feel more safe. At the same time when there is an issue, I do my research and try things to make sure the animal is happy and in good condition.
